MUSIC TO SAVE MEMORIES
Remember the Music is an annual festival produced by Betty's Foundation a 501c3 Non-profit family organization inspired by our Grandmother, Betty, who loved music and dancing. She and our Grandpa were square dance champions many years ago in Ohio. Music’s undeniable influence in all our lives is also extremely powerful when it comes to those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease; by shifting moods, reducing stress, stimulating memories, and facilitating cognitive function. Grandma lived with Alzheimer’s for 16 years before finally giving in September, 2012.
Since inception in 2008, our grassroots fundraising efforts have resulted in over $100,000 in raised funds for Alzheimer’s
Disease research.

Staying true to our mission, we have donated these funds to progressive research institutions and given support to music related treatments for Alzheimer's patients. Among the institutions and programs we support are UCI Mind, the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, and Music & Memory.

With your support and attendance, together we will defeat this debilitating disease. For more information go to bettysfoundation.org
